We can assist your Management Team to visually create their Vision - what they will be; work out why they are here and what they consider to be important in their working lives; what will make them better than the competition and then create an objective setting process that includes local and top-level measures produced through scorecards.
A critical component of the process is to ensure the establishment of a review process. The plan will change and the Management Team need to have a vehicle to ensure changes are fed into the plan and measurements attributed.
