Hosca is very pleased to announce the launch of a new tool for improving communications with customers.
ienquire provide an information service using text messaging, this covers a fast and efficient directory inquiries service, real time flight information, real time suburban and mainline rail information, up to the minute bus schedules, AA alerts and route planning functionality.
Hosca is particularly interested in the messaging side of the service. We can now inform customers of our public course schedule and provide details of start times and locations by mobile phone. This is a great innovation that will help to enhance our Customer Service.
