Hosca is delighted to introduce two new associates, Anne Hennessy and Mary Hanson.

Anne Hennessy

Anne has worked as a HR practitioner for eight years prior to commencing working as a trainer. She gained exposure in Manufacturing, Telecoms and the Financial Service Industries. She has been involved in numerous training and development initiatives from Health and Safety through to management development, devising assessment centres and succession planning.

Anne has also worked as a careers consultant in the third level education sector. She holds a BA (hons) in Applied Psychology, an MA in Occupational Psychology and a diploma in Public Relations.



Mary Hanson

Mary started her HR career in the Training department for AMI Healthcare’s Central London Hospitals, looking after the training needs of over 1,000 personnel and then moved to Norton Healthcare (IVAX Pharmaceuticals) where she moved from their UK operation to develop the HR Function for the Company’s Ireland Operation (growing from 130 to over 700 employees).

In 2006 Mary transitioned into a European HR role providing support to the VP for HR for the European Division and the Director of HR for the Central & Eastern European division of Teva Pharmaceuticals (the Worlds No.1 generic pharmaceutical company). Now working FOR HOSCA, Mary has continued to provide consultancy and coaching support to TEVA.

Having operated primarily at All levels, Mary’s focus has been on leading and supporting the companies through Periods of rapid growth, change programmes, restructuring initiatives. Her practical and pragmatic approach to Human resources combined with a thorough understanding of the business, People skills and customer focus enables Mary to effect change helping to drive the business forward.
