Origins     

Hosca has been in existence in Ireland since 1993 and has grown in headcount terms from a team of two to its current headcount of twenty associates.

Hosca Ireland has its origins in the Human Resources, Training and Development and Continuous Improvement areas. In recent years, new employees have brought Technical Training, Supply Chain and Logistics and Software Applications to the Company’s competence.

Hosca specialises in four main areas of consulting, Strategic Planning and top team support, Human Resources and Development, Continuous Improvement and Supply Chain.

Hosca’s clients range from the private to public sector. We have had the benefit of working with multinationals, semi-states and the Civil Service. Our Team has both private and public sector experience. We pride ourselves on our pragmatic approach to work. We can see things from the client’s perspective; therefore we prefer an inclusive approach that maximises the value of our input. Our primary objective is to always ensure that improvements have been brought to the process, product or person, we are working with.

We are registered EFQM Assessors and ISO Auditors. Training is accredited through FÁS, the Institute of Leadership and Management and the Institute of Commercial Management.

The Hosca Team also includes registered Psychologists who are certified to use the full range of psychometrics. We are certified users and trainers for Belbin’s Self-Perception Inventory, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQi). All of which can be delivered online.
