We would like to inform you of an upcoming training event, Team Based Performance Management (TBPM) Facilitation Training.

This programme has been developed by Hosca Management Consultants and is aimed at people in HR, Training Specialists or Nursing Educators. The programme will equip them with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide TBPM training and facilitate the process. We have run this programme successfully for Community Welfare Trainers in HSE Dublin North East and more recently in February, 2009 in Stewarts Hospital, Palmerstown. Due to the success of our last programme, we will be running the programme again on the following dates.
